I want to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate the service that I received recently from HTC.

I work for a property management company (office buildings) and over the last few weeks I have been attempting to improve the internet services for some of my tenants. For various reasons this has been a nightmare.

In dealing with several companies throughout my search most have failed miserably when it comes to customer service/relations. I cannot say this for the HTC personnel that I've worked with during this period. The people at HTC give me the feeling that they genuinely care about their customers and their customer's needs. Unfortunately I don't encounter this kind of service very often. I have also found the people at HTC to be extremely knowledgeable.

As a result of the superior service that I have experienced with HTC I am now strongly recommending your services to my tenants.

One of the reasons that I brag on your company, HTC, is that you and your staff are "REAL" people. It's kinda' hard to explain what I mean, but I look at it this way: Where else in the world can a schmoe like myself get one-on-one service when I have a problem... Even on Easter!?

I know that competition in the ISP business has gotten pretty fierce lately with "out of towners", and even cable companies getting into the act of offering "discounted" internet access... some as low as fifteen bucks a month! But you know what? In my (humble) opinion, there is not another ISP out there as concerned and dedicated to their clients as you, Tom, and your staff at HTC. As you may or may not be aware, I spend a fairly large portion of life on the net. I have friends all around the world, and I can recount true horror stories from those same friends about the troubles that they've had with their ISP's. And you also know what? I can honestly say that the few problems that I've had in the past two and half or so years that I've been a client of yours have always been addressed with caring and true conscientiousness.

Guess after all of the long-winded typing, what I'm trying to say is that I would stay with HTC even if it meant doubling the cost of Internet access... You guys are THAT good! I sincerely appreciate the time you spent tracking down my problem, and am so glad that my wife and I chose to go with your company those years ago. I want to reassure you that the slogan "We're not the biggest, just the very best" stands as true today as it did when you first opened your doors. Thanks and take care. -Tom Clark

This isn't the first time I've been grateful, just the first time I've ever written to say so, You guys are so great. Always letting us know what's going on. It means a lot to tech retards like me who have no idea if its the computer of the server when something goes wrong. I signed up with you because I met Debbie at a Collinsville City Council meeting and she seemed so very nice. Maybe not the smartest way to pick an internet service, but, by golly, it worked this time. Wouldn't change servers for the world. Thanks for everything. -Jayne Matthews
